Books are sent within two days of receipt of payment.
Mailing lists are printed within one week of receipt of payment.
All shipments are sent via USPO Priority Mail
We do not ship Fed Ex or UPS. If you prefer Fed Ex or UPS shipment,
customer must provide their Fed Ex or UPS account number.

Shipping and handling Books:
U.S. - 1-2 books = $5.50, 3+ books = $9.50
Canadian - 1-2 books = $10.50, 3-4 = $21.00, 5-6 = $31.50, 7-8 = $42.00, 9+ = $51.50
Foreign - 1-2 books = $11.50, 3-4 = $23.00, 5-6 = $35.50, 7-8 = $46.00, 9+ = $59.50
Mailing lists: All mailing lists in your order are treated like 1 book.
PDF file: No shipping charges

Returns
Books may be returned but must be in unused condition
with receipt or date of order. Mailing lists cannot be returned.
